Where do you ship your products from?

A.We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A.Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 7 - 12 business days.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier's website.

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

A.Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 4 business days.

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

A.Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending the item back to us.

What is your warranty policy?

All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you have any issues with your product within the warranty period.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
