Cancellation Policy
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 8 hours after purchase - so if you change your mind within that time - please send us a message to support@oldara.com to communicate your decision and be advised that we always work hard on sending out orders to ensure they get delivered faster.
Please note, sometimes orders con not be stopped to shipping out our warehouse in that particular cases customers are responsible of any return cost according with our refund and return policy.
The amount of the transaction minus the 9% Processing Fee will be refunded to you.
We’ll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request and the order is not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for a refund after the item arrives at your location if it's already been shipped out.
